Yesterday we decided to pick up some ramen broth ingredients at Fujiya on Clark. I saw some fresh looking radish sprouts and decided to give them a try. They are SPICY! Kind of like wasabi.
So I quickly chopped them up, added some mayo and s&p – let the flavors infuse for a few hours and voila: a perfect spread for a smoked salmon croissant w. apple slices to provide some sweetness and crunch (*^_^*)
