Other than Unagi Don (grilled/broiled eel rice) bi bim bap is my favorite due to it’s versatility and different textures.
All you need is a good sauce and your favorite rice.
(mix of Korean pepper sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and honey – proportions really depends on preference)
(I like Korean or Japanese rice but I’ve tried this with quinoa before too ＼(^o^)／ )
Tonights topping were as follows:
Seaweed omelette (Japanese style – tamagoyaki ^^)
Blanched and diced veggies (Brussels sprouts, celeriac and cucumber (not blanched))
Fried Shredded Pork
