Very mild, not-so-creamy latte. Still very smooth tasting with a tinge of harshly roasted espresso bean flair that slowly mellows out revealing a milky sweetness.
Our first experience with siphoned coffee was actually in Tokyo, Japan. But English explanation from a very helpful staff was a nice twist

We were told that siphoned coffee brings out the sweetness of a bean without the usual bitter flavor and timing is extremely important.
