Re- Up BBQ food cart

Just finished my 30 class/35 day yoga challenge.

We decided to celebrate by making a visit to the Re-Up BBQ food cart located outside of the Vancouver Art Gallery

We started off with the pulled pork sandwich topped with some coleslaw and a good amount of BBQ sauce. It was good, but not as good as we thought it would be. The pulled pork seemed like any cooked pork, shredded and topped with sauce. Much like my Chinese soup pork lol~ The sauce was pretty good with a mustard-y flair

Then we shared the beef brisket sandwich. The beef was quite nice, supple and tender with a mesquite smokey BBQ sauce and worcestershire undertones. While I did like the beef I didn’t think it went well with the bun. The bread was dry in comparison and dulled the flavor.

Armed with two half sandwiches, Carn.H was torn.
