Ok! Last little bit about halibut – after eating all of it’s meaty goodness we still had the bones and … there really is no pretty way to say this.. but the fish head too. So I decided to make something more homey: Fish Tofu Soup
I simmered the bones with green onions for a few hours (probably an unnecessary step lol~), picked out all the bones before blanching the sui choy and tofu in my “stock”, set the veggies aside and boiled the head with more green onions.
